Justin Mitchell cef0d267b7 Clarify touch gesture and input API comments
Simplify and clarify documentation for touch gesture detection (back gesture, item taps, long-press) and board detection flags. No functional changes, just improved comment readability.

Justin Mitchell 9f3dddabe6 Add touch gesture to open reader menu
Implements a press-and-hold gesture in the center touch zone (400ms threshold) that opens the reader menu, mirroring the Confirm button behavior. The center third of the screen is now reserved for this menu gesture, while left and right thirds continue to handle page turns. Applied to both EPUB and XTC readers.

Justin Mitchell 79ef9d6a35 Add touch reader controls for page navigation
Implements tap zones on touch devices for page back/forward navigation and press-and-hold actions, mirroring physical button behavior. Adds isXteinkDevice() helper to distinguish Xteink X3/X4 boards from touch devices. The sunlight fading fix setting is now exclusive to Xteink devices, while touch devices get the new touch reader controls toggle instead.

Zach Nelson cfe3a948a0 refactor: Simplify XtcReaderActivity with detectPageTurn (#1837)
## Summary

Simplify duplicated code in `XtcReaderActivity` to use
`ReaderUtils::detectPageTurn`. This implementation is now shared with
`EpubReaderActivity` and `TxtReaderActivity`. Also deduplicated the
chapter skip time constant.

Uri Tauber cd508d27d5 refactor: reader utils (#1329)
## Summary

Extract shared reader utilities (`ReaderUtils.h`) to reduce duplication
across `EpubReaderActivity`, `TxtReaderActivity`, and (upcoming)
`MarkdownReaderActivity`.

  Utilities extracted:

   - `applyOrientation()` — orientation switch logic
   - `detectPageTurn()` — page navigation input detection
   - `renderAntiAliased()` — grayscale anti-aliasing pass
   - `displayWithRefreshCycle()` — refresh mode cadence
   - `GO_HOME_MS` — back button timing constant

  ## Impact

Flash: 32 bytes saved (6006441 → 6006409 bytes). Minimal immediate gain,
but meaningful once markdown reader and future reader types share these
functions.

Code quality: Eliminates ~100 lines of duplicated logic spread across
multiple files. All readers now follow the same patterns for
orientation, input handling, and rendering.

  ## Rationale

This refactor is preparation for markdown support, which requires
identical input and rendering logic. Instead of copy-pasting these
patterns a third time, all readers now share a single, tested
implementation. Future reader types can reuse `ReaderUtils` without
duplication.
